Can I convert HEIC images?

Yes. HEIC and HEIF files can be decoded locally to JPG or PNG. Some unusual codec variants may not decode.

Can I convert multiple images?

Yes. The shared converter accepts up to 30 files with an 80 MB per-file and 300 MB batch limit.

Does conversion change image quality?

It can. JPG and browser-encoded WebP use adjustable lossy quality, while PNG output is lossless but cannot restore detail previously discarded.

Which formats support transparency?

PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF and ICO can represent alpha. JPG and BMP outputs flatten transparent pixels onto your selected background.

Is WebP better than JPG?
