A focused workflow for opaque photographs
This route accepts JPG and JPEG only. Arrange several photos, rotate or flip individual items, then place each on an Original, A4, or Letter page with configurable orientation, margins, and Fit or Fill behavior.
Useful for
Create a photo packet, combine scanned receipt photos, submit multiple camera images as one document, or assemble proof sheets where each photograph should occupy its own page.
Output expectations
The result is image-based. JPG is already opaque, so the engine’s white Canvas background usually does not change visible pixels. Re-encoding can still alter bytes, metadata, and file size.
Limits and recovery
There is no explicit count or byte cap, but many high-resolution photos can exhaust browser memory. If creation fails, reduce dimensions or process fewer pages. Choose Fit when Fill cuts off a face, receipt edge, or caption.
JPG-to-PDF questions
Can I combine several JPG files?
Yes. Every selected JPG or JPEG becomes one PDF page in the order shown.
Does the PDF preserve the original JPEG bytes?
No. Each image is decoded, transformed, placed on white, and encoded as JPEG at 95% quality before embedding.
What is the difference between Fit and Fill?
Fit keeps the whole photo visible and may leave space. Fill covers the available page but can crop edges.
Will the PDF contain searchable text?
No. Words visible in the photographs remain pixels unless OCR is run separately.
Where does conversion happen?
Image transformation and PDF assembly run locally in the browser.
