What to include
- The tool page you were using and the action that failed.
- Your browser and device, plus the exact error message.
- Whether the problem repeats with a small, non-sensitive file.
Please do not email confidential documents, passwords or personal images. A description or a harmless sample is usually enough to investigate a problem.
Corrections and feedback
If a guide, format description or privacy statement appears wrong or out of date, send the page URL and the sentence in question. We review reproducible corrections and update the visible article date when a substantive editorial change is published.
