What this converter preserves
The converter keeps PDF page order, reading order, confidently repeated table columns, and plain text or numeric cell values where they can be identified safely. It creates one worksheet named Page 1, Page 2, and so on.
Honest limits
PDFs describe positioned page content, not spreadsheet structure. This tool does not reconstruct formulas, charts, merged cells, styles, or every complex table. When column confidence is low, a page becomes ordered single-column text instead of a guessed table. Scanned or image-only PDFs need OCR and are not supported here.
Privacy and safe processing
PDF text extraction and XLSX generation run locally in your browser. The converter does not upload the document to FiloTool, Railway, or a cloud conversion service. Files are limited to 25 MB, 100 pages, and 150,000 text items to reduce browser memory risk.
