Limits and output
Files can be up to 100 MiB and 80 pages. Thumbnail rendering is lazy to reduce memory use. The exported file is checked for a PDF signature, expected page count, and usable page dimensions before download. Complex files may still exceed the memory available on a phone or older computer.
Frequently asked questions
Does FiloTool upload my PDF?
No. Page previews and the reorganized PDF are created in your browser. Your PDF bytes are not sent to FiloTool or a document-processing service.
Can I rotate and remove individual pages?
Yes. Select one or more pages to rotate them by 90, 180, or 270 degrees, duplicate them, move them, or remove them before export.
What are the browser limits?
The local organizer accepts PDFs up to 100 MiB and 80 pages. Actual capacity also depends on your device memory and the complexity of the PDF.
Are password-protected PDFs supported?
Not directly. Unlock the PDF first with a password you are authorized to use, then organize the unlocked copy.
